Product Description
MOPA(3-Methoxypropylamine), also known as 3-methoxy-1-propanamine.
It is an aliphatic organic amine containing ether linkages and primary amine groups, and serves as a key fine chemical intermediate.
Product properties & Features
1. It is a colorless to palle yellow transparent liquid at room temperature with a characteristic amine odor and high volatility.
2. Miscible with water, alcohols and other organic solvents, presenting excellent solubility.
3. Its molecular structure contains both methoxy ether bond and primary amino group, featuring high reactivity and capable of undergoing various chemical reactions such as amidation, addition and condensation.
4. It has moderate alkalinity and strong chemical reactivity, with excellent derivatization performance as an intermediate. The product has high purity, low impurities and good stability.
5. It possesses good compatibility and is suitable for the synthesis of resins, coatings, additives and other systems.
Applications
Coatings and Resin Curing Agents
Used as epoxy resin curing agent and polyurethane raw material, as well as water-based coating additive, to improve the adhesion, water resistance and flexibility of paint films.
Pesticide Intermediates
It is a key raw material for the preparation of herbicides, insecticides, fungicides and other agrochemical products.
Surfactants and Auxiliaries
Applied in the synthesis of cationic surfactants, emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, water treatment additives, etc.
Electronic Chemicals and Fine Chemicals
