Applications
Low Molecular Weight Special Liquid Polyether
Glass transition temperature is −80 °C with excellent low-temperature performance. Its elastomer products have mechanical properties comparable to PTMG; meanwhile, it is non-crystallizable and liquid at room temperature, facilitating easy handling and processing.
It features good air permeability, biocompatibility and excellent molecular flexibility, and can replace PTMG in flexible artificial leather and ink formulations.
It can be applied to low-temperature resistant adhesives, coatings, polyurethane elastomers and other related fields.
Medium Molecular Weight Special Liquid Polyether
It is liquid at room temperature for easy handling and processing. Its glass transition temperature is −80 ℃ with excellent low-temperature performance, and the mechanical properties of its elastomer products are close to those of PTMG.
It exhibits excellent low-temperature mechanical properties and a wide service temperature range.
It possesses good molecular flexibility, and can replace PTMG in flexible artificial leather and inks. It is also applicable to low-temperature resistant adhesives, coatings, polyurethane elastomers and other fields.
High Molecular Weight Special Liquid Polyether
High-molecular-weight special polyether features excellent flexibility, and can be used in high-elongation materials with high elongation requirements.
It is also applicable to special ultra-low-temperature elastomers and adhesives, with low-temperature resistance down to below -90 ℃.
Packing & Storage
200kg/metal drum packaging.
Storage should be cool, dry and ventilated.The shelf life is 12 months, after the expiration of the re-inspection can still be used.
Avoid rain and sun during transportation. Do not mix with strong oxidants.
